How can I keep my legs looking soft and healthy?
My legs are really sensitive. From years of shaving my legs are splotchy and red especially when it’s warm or humid, it has this "flushed" look that never seems to go away and I hate it. Does anyone know what this is or how to make it go away?
How can I keep my freshly shaved legs nice and soft and healthy until the next time to shave? How often should I apply lotion? I usually have pretty severe dry legs that itch like crazy no matter what kind of lotion I use, either it be cheap or expensive. My legs dry out a lot when I go to bed and wake up the next day. If I don’t keep moisturizing my legs they feel like paper. =[
I just put suave lotion all over my legs in the bathroom while the hot water was running. It was steamy and moist in the bathroom. I used an apricot scrub on my legs, rinsed, shaved with Aveeno shaving gel with a razor with 4 blades. Rinsed with cool water, and applied lotion again. They feel great right now and I want to keep them that way as long as possible.
What are your favorite shaving and lotion products?
I know it sounds cliche’, but drink more water…..it helps with hydration. I’m going to suggest 2 things that may help with the dryness, but I can’t say whether or not the "flushed" look will go away, but who knows.
You’re skin is sensitive and dry, so you really need to stay away from the perfumed lotions…it’ll only agitate them. The scrub exfoliates, but I would suggest the "Sugar Scrub w/energizing citrus" by Neutrogena…..it comes in a jar. It’s far better than the apricot, because the emollients help retain the moisture. I’m tellin ya…. you’ll love the stuff. A great moisturizer is the "deep conditioning coco butter" by Vaseline. I recommend both of these to help keep your legs smooth. For shaving lotion….I just use my body wash, it lathers up real good, so I can’t see spending the extra money on "shaving lotion"….but that’s just my opinion.

Are they just gently mocking you? You might just be oversensitive which means it’d probably be good to try and develop a thicker skin. If you can’t do that, just let your friends know that it bugs you when they do that and nicely ask them to stop. It doesn’t sound like they’re deliberately trying to "victimize" you, but rather just ribbing you good-naturedly and not realizing that it’s getting to you.
Everybody gets made fun of at some point. You can’t really control what others say. What you can control is how you react to it.

What you are expressing has nothing to do with intelligence, and everything to do with social skills. The two are not as closely related as people think.
You also aren’t alone; lots of adults have difficult times with social skills, and deflecting criticism or mockery. And lots of adults are frustrated by their inability to respond appropriately when put on the spot that way.

Some people are good at math, others at science, some people are gifted social interactors, and others (like me) have to remember basic rules of listening and feedback in order to keep conversations flowing. You happen to have friends who are trying a method of communication which bothers you, and you don’t have a handy method to use to change how they’re doing it or communicate openly so that they don’t need to.
While you’re working on these skills, and on slowly getting the hang of interpreting why they do this and how to respond best, you need to be honest with your friends. "Hey, you know I hate this, I’m so bad at coming up with snappy answers! I’ll tell you what, why don’t we pick on you for a little while, and let me think over what to say. It’s no fair picking on the guy with the lowest social skills!" Even referencing your challenges is still communication. They’ll at least get an answer from you, a genuine response.
I realise that just posting links on active listening isn’t going to make you comfortable overnight. It’s going to take a little while to get to the bottom of your problems, and it’s going to take you time to learn more about what areas you’re missing cues in. The teasing doesn’t start from nowhere, so ask yourself, How do these conversations start?
When someone says something to you, they’re asking for something in response. What are they asking of you? Usually this isn’t just "a funny answer," but "some validation of friendship by being willing to play." Sometimes, just hanging your head and saying, "Aww, I know." is enough, other times, a gentle joke like, "I AM THE BEST AT SPELLING, though!!!" can help defuse things.
Meanwhile, ask yourself what validation YOU want that you aren’t getting. Clearly, being taken down all the time is taking its toll. What do you do that is worthwhile? It isn’t enough to tell you to go get some self-esteem- that can only be gotten through making progress on something that matters to you. So what do you do that matters? Where do you feel all right? What is it that really matters in your world, and how do you draw friends into that area of your life, to see you as you really are?
Are there areas of your life where pushing for respect is not a problem? If not, how can you begin something worthwhile that will prove to YOU who you are? This isn’t about them. No vengeance will help. It will only make things worse; what you need is to be at work bridging the gaps between who you feel like, and who you are genuinely capable of being, in terms of good in the world. I usually tell people to get out there and volunteer- it puts you instantly in the presence of people who respect you for what you’re doing, and it feels great to make a difference.

I feel like some TV Doctors feel in that "you teach people how to treat you" and by just letting it go all the time, you’re teaching them it’s okay to treat you like this.
That TV Doc wouldn’t say this, but it might be time to get up in some body’s face this time. Not to somebody smaller than you and not necessarily to somebody bigger than you. Someone your size would be perfect to make an example out of.
I just started a new job. Each time someone new trains me, they say this about someone, and that about someone; but for some reason they all seem to pick on this one guy who (to me) is perfectly normal, tries real hard, isn’t mean, comes to work on time, etc. I can’t figure it out! I really hope they are not doing the same to me.
It’s kinda like backing a badger into a corner. Badgers are nice til they have no where to go, then they lash out, simply defending themselves.
Let someone start getting sarcastic with me (I’m a fairly small guy). I have had my face punched only a couple times in 34 years, but not nearly as many times as I have stood up for myself not been punched at all. Shoving most likely happens as most people don’t really want to fight.
Fighting can lead to a "bad" reputation or whatever… but real people, not in this fake little computer world (where anyone can talk smack and be a coward) but real people wont mess around with you because you teach them not to. i tell people who treat me with sarcasm that i don’t really understand sarcasm. Can changing a shower head cause leaks and flood in the next room?
I’m a tenant living in a house. The landlord lives on the 2nd floor. The main floor is divided into 2 units. I live in one of the units.
Recently the landlord told me about water leak in the other unit and it’s probably due to our bathtub problem. The landlord just purchased this house for less than 1 year so he still has warranty from the builder.
Today the builder came and checked the bathtub. He said the leak is caused by the shower head. The shower head is missing a gasket in the junction so it’s leaking. We did notice a leak in the junction when we first install it, but we thought it’s ok because the water is leaking into the tub anyway.
What I don’t understand is how is it possible that a leak in the shower head that goes into the tub would cause water leaking into the other unit? The landlord claims that they pulled the floor up on the other unit because it’s all damaged. Now they want us to pay for fixing the floor in the other unit and they haven’t collected rent for the whole month. And everything is caused by the shower head without a gasket. Can anyone help?

My guess is the arm that the shower head attaches to and runs into the wall was leaking inside the wall. The reason this probably happened is whoever installed it did not use teflon tape on the male thread of the arm prior to screwing it in. If you installed your shower head and it leaked at the connection, my guess is you didn’t use any either. What you did would not have caused the damage behind the wall if all you did was change the head, not the whole arm. There is no way just changing the head only would leak behind the wall. The rubber gasket you are hearing about is in the fitting behind the wall that accepts the arm that sticks out and the shower head screws onto. Again, any issue with that rubber gasket is not your problem. The only way it could be your fault is if you changed the arm, and did not use teflon tape.

Amount of daylight hours during winter?
Hi, does anyone know a RELIABLE site that can tell me how many average daylight hours European countries have during december?
(England, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France)
I’ve looked at several calculation sites but they all come out way off. Krakow locals say daylight averages 90 minutes during december but all the calculation sites tell me 7 hours. So I’m looking for a reliable site.

first of all REVELATION and PROPHECY is TWO different things.
and prophecy is NOT about future-telling unless God decides to reveal the future.
that said: revelation is like an idea that is given that explains a mystery of God. but at the same time, it does not even Need God to explain it.
prophecy is more like God giving instruction and commandments to people before it is about future telling, soothe saying and mediums are are NOT always from God also.
also: making "predictions" is often confused with prophecy, when predictions could be based on probability or Imagination alone. or just a good guess. so even these are not always from God

FIFA 10 Problems, Crash, Freeze, Black Screen & etc.! (XBOX 360)?
Anyone having any FIFA 10 problems ?
This problem also occured in FIFA 09 when I did the same thing, probably because of EA using the same engine, but the newer build engine in FIFA 10 still got bugs, glitches, etc.
When I start any match, the game always freeze
Some people having problems with black screens during matches, yet I have to face that problem.
I think EA ‘needs’ a fresh whole new engine for FIFA series, please delete or dump the current engine, it is time to have a new one and try make the customers happy always, my thoughts that it still needs to improve lots of thing, like the graphics, take some influence from any other games, still not clean enough like the WE/PES series I’m honest, the lighting could go more realistic, and the most important thing is, high resolution HD texture that is really optimized and achieving solid 60fps in all areas, think Forza Motorsport 3 and live broadcast football matches for example and so on (I think FM3 uses more space and data) then we can call FIFA series the most realistic football/soccer game in the planet.
Having constant updates (free or not free) is needed. Example, new boots, player faces (like Wayne Rooney shaved his beard or hair lol and have a new realistic face for a player who doesn’t have its special face texture), football kits (vintage, classic, last season, etc.), football teams (classic, official all-star team, official branded team like F50 or Predator, World Cup winning squad)
We we need these updates ? Because people want a live football world happenings to be happened on FIFA series, not just reallying on adidas Live Season 2.0, which only updates all players stats, transfer and more.

Has anyone else experienced these issues, anyone found a way how to fix it ?
and yeah, the problem is nothing to do with my Xbox 360 console, I have no problems with crashes/freezes on any other games, but some games starting to follow these problems also, I mean like 2 or 3 gaming titles that I have
Gaming problems, bugs, glitches, crash, freeze, black screen, screen tearing, framerate drops, etc. LET’S IRON THEM OUT FROM THIS WORLD ! (lololololol)
My Xbox 360 was manifactured in April 2009, I bought it in Q3 of 2009, still new lol

i love your question, but its hard to stomach ‘your side’ … notice its just apostrophes and not symbolic of any hatefilled message of rejection and destruction.
i have pondered deeply how god loves us so much through christ and not lucifer, fallen angels, and those who can’t accept christ even after death because their lost to many earthly desires (materialism is why lost souls stay connected to haunted houses- they are so trapped in the delusions they wont leave the place of their past life and death- unable to move on…and i came to a resolution that all of humanities sufferings along with christs is a petition for the fallen to kneel before calvary and wait in penance calling his name and i pray the tormented are able to praise god in their darkness.
